Welcome to Staley Springs Lodge located at Henry's Lake, Idaho, one of the top trout fishing lakes in the country.  While primarily a fishing resort, Staley Springs is a great location for year round vacation activities including hunting, fishing, snow mobile, cross country skiing,  photography and much more!

Named after Ed Staley, who helped settle this area.  Thousands of large trout congregate in the spring next to the lodge and can be seen throughout the year.  

Featuring cozy log cabin rentals, boating facilities,  and home cooking in our restaurant.  Staley Springs is located on the west side of  Henry's Lake and is within 30 minute drive of West Yellowstone National Park and many other tourist and sportsman attractions.  Also nearby are horseback riding, hayrides, golfing, and boom towns of the gold era.

Inside the lodge you will find the newly remodeled restaurant with its oversized stone fireplace.  The restaurant is open 6 days a week, with a menu featuring prime rib, baby back ribs, and elk medallions.  A rustic bar adds to the atmosphere.  The lodge houses a store carrying the necessities.
These rustic cabins are cozy and provide all the comforts of home.  They range from 1 to 4 bedrooms in size.   Most have great views of the lake and some have fireplaces.  All of the cabins include linen and towels.  Firewood is also provided.  Cabins with kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven/range, coffee makers, pots, pans, utensils and dishware.
Henry's Lake is world famous for trout fishing.  Named after Major Andrew Henry, a famous trapper and mountain man.  The lake is located in a valley that is surrounded on three sides by the Continental Divide.  The lake lies at 6,000 feet with the surrounding peeks at 10,000 feet.  The average trout weighs about 3 pounds, and 6 pound fish are common.  All of the fish in the lake are trout with most of them being, the cutthroat variety.  The hybrid population is fast growing, reaching 10 pounds in 4 to 5 years.  The Idaho state record for  Brook Trout is 7.1 pounds and it came out of Henry's Lake.
